On 18 July, as twilight settled over the fields, the young players of the Rockhampton Tigers Junior Rugby League Club were treated to the sight of their new field lights illuminating the grounds for the very first time.
The Rockhampton Leagues Club is proud to have supported the Tigers with funding to improve their facilities and help take the club to new heights.
This important investment will have a lasting impact on many young and aspiring athletes. The new lights will allow evening and night games to be played in future seasons, provide greater flexibility for training sessions and improve the club’s ability to host a wider range of events.
